Personalized Consultation - $97 per hour minimum of 2 hours

You will get the needed assistance in whatever areas you choose, whether it is budget/logistic planning, coordination, organization, color matching, venue selection, theme selection, or finding the right caterer. We will work with you to make it happen. Best of all, we will absolutely positively come to you!

Full Service Coordination/Customized Planning

We oversee every detail of the process from start to finish, including:
  • Initial consultation to define your event needs and interests
  • Budget planning and tracking
  • Selecting and booking vendors and ceremony/reception locations
  • Ongoing consultation and advice; ongoing coordination of vendors
  • Defining color scheme, theme, menu, and favors
  • Advice on etiquette and protocol, wedding timeline, wedding checklists, contact sheets
  • Assisting with invitation design, making accommodations, printing and mailing and RSVP tracking

Lite Planning or Day-of Service - Starting at $1,500

If you need help only on the day of your event, we can help you with:
  • Personal Consultant
  • One additional staff member
  • Two-hour consultant to review your wedding details and contracts with your personal consultant
  • Creation of wedding timeline, checklist and contact sheets
  • Confirm details with each vendor the week of the wedding
  • One-hour wedding rehearsal coordination by your personal consultant
  • Organize and direct event flow
Assist with bridal party and family line-up for procession
  • Hand out flowers to bridal party and family
  • Courtesy calls (the day of) to the bridal party, bride and groom
  • Confirm possession of rings prior to ceremon
  • Wedding coordination:
Help/coordinate room decoration, setup, layout
  • Coordinate and pay vendors
  • Meet and greet guests
  • Al a Carte Planning Services
